4 Tax Service Disclaimer
Tax outcomes are based on the customer's actual facts, documentation, filing status, eligibility, and applicable tax law. EZ FILE NOW does not guarantee a refund amount, tax credit, deduction, processing time, audit result, acceptance of a tax position, or acceptance of a return by any taxing authority.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and truthful information and for reviewing their return before signing or authorizing filing.
5 EZ Tax Academy & Educational Programs
EZ Tax Academy and other EZ FILE NOW courses, workshops, mentorship programs, webinars, templates, coaching, and educational resources are educational services.
Completion of an academy or training program does not guarantee employment, independent contractor placement, clients, income, certification, licensing, professional competency, PTIN approval, EFIN approval, IRS authorization, or business success.
Students remain responsible for satisfying all government, professional, licensing, continuing education, security, ethical, and business requirements applicable to their activities.
6 Credit Repair / Credit Services Disclaimer
Where EZ FILE NOW offers credit-related services, those services are intended to assist consumers with reviewing credit information, identifying possible inaccuracies, and exercising rights available under applicable consumer-credit laws.
Accurate, current, and verifiable negative information generally cannot lawfully be removed merely because a consumer wants it deleted. Results depend on the underlying facts and the responses of consumer reporting agencies, creditors, collectors, furnishers, and other third parties.
Consumers may dispute inaccurate information themselves without hiring a credit repair company.
7 Refund & Cancellation Policy
No Refunds After Lawful Cancellation Periods and Earned Performance
Credit repair / credit services are generally nonrefundable once the applicable statutory cancellation period has expired and the specific service being charged for has been lawfully performed, except where a refund is required by law or expressly promised in a written agreement.
Digital Education
EZ Tax Academy, courses, workshops, mentorship, digital downloads, templates, recordings, and other educational products are nonrefundable after access has been delivered, unless a written offer or applicable law provides otherwise.
Tax Preparation
Fees for completed tax preparation or other completed professional services are generally nonrefundable. A refund is not due merely because a customer disagrees with a lawful tax result, receives a different refund than expected, or experiences an IRS or state processing delay.
Technology Services
Software access, digital products, portal access, setup services, and technology fees are nonrefundable after credentials, access, activation, or substantially performed setup services have been provided, except as required by law or stated in a specific written agreement.
Refund requests for services other than credit repair are evaluated under the written terms applicable to the purchased product or service. Processing fees, completed professional work, delivered digital products, and already-used services may be nonrefundable to the extent permitted by law.
Nothing in this policy limits a consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived.
8 Software & Technology Disclaimer
Software, portals, document systems, integrations, payment services, email systems, and third-party technology may periodically experience maintenance, outages, delays, bugs, integration failures, government-system interruptions, or other technical issues.
EZ FILE NOW does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party systems or services outside its reasonable control.
9 PTIN, EFIN & Government Approval Disclaimer
EZ FILE NOW may provide education or assistance relating to PTIN, EFIN, business setup, or other professional applications. Approval is controlled by the applicable government agency.
Assistance with an application is not a guarantee of approval, timing, suitability determination, eligibility, or authorization.
10 Insurance Services Disclosure
Insurance services are separate from EZ FILE NOW tax, academy, software, and credit-related services. Insurance advice or transactions are provided only by appropriately licensed persons acting within the scope of their license.

Any material relationship with a person providing an endorsement should be disclosed where required.
